5-20-06:  The Lady Flames' Level 4's performed today at the 2006 State Fun Meet held at Olympia Gymnastics Academy in Sterling Heights.  Lot's of blue ribbons were awarded to the Flames as they brought home a 112.350 team score.  Nice job ladies!  Have fun browsing the Pictures.

5-14-06:  Happy Mother's Day!  The Lady Flames' sent a contingent of 9 athletes to the Level 6 State Championships this weekend.  It only took a couple of falls to drop the 6's from a probable 4th place finish to a 6th place finish in the team standings.  And while the disappointment was evident, we know you gave it an honest shot.  Keep at it!  Pictures

5-8-06:  Great individual performances weren't enough to push the All American Flames' Level 5 teams into medal contention at the Level 5 State Championships held at Northwood University.  The Lady Flames' Gold team place 7th out of 32 teams while the Flames' Silvers brought home the 5th place trophy out of 37 teams.  Top 3 Individual Medalists include:  Holly Manter (3rd A.A. 2nd Bars),  Abbi Meldrum (1st Vault), Breanna Goggin (2nd Vault), Megan Lindsey (2nd Vault), Cortney Kelley (2nd Beam), Jessica Leverenz (3rd Floor) at Gold States.  Amanda Holderby (1st A.A. 1st Vault), Brooke Konik (2nd A.A. 1st Vault, 2nd Beam), and Katie Kennedy (3rd Bars) at Silver States.  Fabulous work ladies!
