10-8-06:  The Lady Flames' pre-season competition began with a trip to Farmington, MI.  The Oktoberfest, hosted by MEGA, was a level 5-6 state qualifier for Michigan's USAG 1st Season.  Each of the participating Lady Flames met the minimum requirement needed to qualify for the November state competition.  The Level 5 team, ignited by Katie Karadjoff's all-around performance (35.800), brought home the 2nd place trophy.  While the Level 6 team,  led by Holly Manter (35.975), brought home the bronze.  Nice early work ladies!  Click for pics.

10-2-06:  All American Flames Teams are suiting up for the upcoming competitive season.  The new leotards are in, and look sharp!  The warm-ups are expected on Friday 10-6-06.  Click for pics.
