9-18-07:  Mooooving right along... Congratulations to the Lady Flames Travel Team members who demonstrated sufficient skill proficiency to move-on to the next competitive level.  Also, hats off to the girls who literally "fell" a little short, despite their training efforts - keep at it, November is just around the corner!

Optionals' Field Trip #2  -  St. Clair, MI
9-15-07:  Four Lady Flames traded their mops for glass slippers as they spent the day at DeMarc's Hair Studio in St. Clair, MI.  Each girl was required to leave their pony-tailed "tomboy" at home, and face the girly facts of hair and nail design.  After the transformation finished, it was time to celebrate their new "looks."  So, off they went, in their pumpkin chariot, to have dinner at Port Huron's Fogcutter Restaurant.

Hot Shot Camp  -  Shelby Twp, MI
9-7-07:  Two of the Lady Flames "hot shots," Holly Manter and Jessica Leverenz, participated in another great training camp provided by Region 5, and hosted at Olympia Gymnastics Academy.  20+ coaches and judges from our 5-state region volunteered their expertise to help keep R5 at the pinnacle of our game, nationally.  Great training from some of our best to some of our future's best.
