Registration
Class sizes are limited, so register early.
You may register your child in-person or by telephone.
Full payment is expected at time of registration.
New students must have a signed registration form on-file prior to attending class.
Our registration form is available online.
 
We do NOT automatically re-enroll students. 
Current students MUST re-enroll to secure their spot in class.
Re-enrollment for Current Students begins two-weeks prior to session start.
Next-session Enrollment for new students begins one-week prior to session start. 
Mid-session Enrollment for new students dependant upon class size/availability.

Each family must pay the non-refundable $35 annual registration fee.
Multiple Student Discount - 15% discount for each additional student.
Multiple Class Discount     - 15% discount on each additional class/student.
 

Flix' Playnastix (OPEN GYM) effective Feb 1, 2010
1- Attendance Limit. We are imposing an Attendance Limit of 150 participants
This does NOT include our current Travel Team Athletes.
Our Attendance Limit is subject to change, as we feel necessary.
2- First Come First Serve. Pre-registration will begin the Monday of the upcoming Open Gym.
You must register (with payment) in order to secure your spot. This is NON-Refundable!
We will accept Pre-Registration in-person or over-the-phone with a valid Credit Card.
In the likely event that all spots are not filled via pre-registration,
you may “drop-in” to participate – however, you WILL BE TURNED AWAY if All American Flames reaches our Attendance Limit!
Due to the demand on our personnel during Open Gym check-in, you may receive a busy-signal or our answering machine if calling us to check the Attendance Limit.
 

Parent Viewing & Conduct
All American Flames Gymnastix provides ample space for our viewing customers
in our lobby and balcony areas.
Please view from designated viewing areas only. 
The bathrooms are located inside the gym area.
Please return to the designated viewing areas after bathroom use.
Please control any children under your care.

For the safety of ALL students we want to minimize potential hazardous distractions,
therefore we do NOT allow Flash Photography, Lighted Video Cameras or Parental Interaction during class time.
Please wait until after your child’s class is over to speak to your child and/or your child’s instructor.
 

Refund Policies
New Student Refund Policy-
We allow an introductory period of 2 classes for new students to try our program.
New students may receive a full refund prior to the start of their 3rd scheduled class.
No refunds will be given after the start of their 3^rd class.
The family registration fee is Non-Refundable.
Please allow 2-weeks for refund CHECKS to be processed.

Flicker’s Big-N-Little Classes
During Flicker’s Big-N-Little Classes, only one adult may accompany the student, and no additional siblings are allowed.
Street shoes are NOT allowed in the carpeted gym area.
 

Make-Up Classes
We allow 2 Make-Ups per session.
Make-Ups are only allowed when the requested class size permits.
Please call or stop in to schedule a Make-Up class.
Make-Up classes do NOT transfer to future sessions.
 

Attire
Appropriate attire for gymnastic skills is mandatory.
Leotards or shorts with t-shirts neatly tucked in are acceptable.
NO jewelry – post earrings are allowed.
Hair should be neatly pulled back out of the face.
Students are expected to work with bare feet.
 

Class Closings/Inclement Weather
During inclement weather we do NOT follow local school closings for our classes.

We are closed for most major Holidays.
