competitive gymnastics All American Flames Competitive Gymnastic Teams (Port Huron, MI) are governed by the USA Gymnastics Jr. Olympic Training Program.  Our Travel Teams compete throughout Michigan, Region 5 and the U.S. against this country's finest athletes.  Our gymnastic teams are challenged to prepare as individuals who are needed and depended upon.  We develop strong muscles and even stronger character traits such as:  team work, responsibility, time management, and respect for others.  Our gymnastic teams learn discipline through determination and perseverance, which are the compass & map leading to self-confidence and a great work ethic!
